Switching Regulator TO-3, 5.1V, 4.25A
We have designed and built a switch mode replacement for the TO-3 LM109, LM309, LM123, LM323 and 7805 fixed 5V regulators.
Our replacement is rated at 4.25A continuous with a heat sink.

Builtin Protection: Hiccup-Mode overload, Over Temperature, Short Circuit, Over Current, Under Voltage Lockout
Large mounting holes and ground tabs for good conductivity when mounted.
Low output ripple measured at less than 40mV at full load.
